FAQ:
1.When an overheating alarm occurs on the 25B-D6P0N104, in addition to checking the cooling fan, what other troubleshooting directions are there?
- Clean the dust and oil on the radiator and ensure that the internal air duct is not blocked by foreign objects.
- Check whether the load is overloaded and install an independent cooling fan for the motor when running at low speed.
- Confirm that the ambient temperature is ≤40℃, avoid dense installation, stay away from heat sources and increase ventilation.
- Check whether capacitors, IGBTs and other components are aging and bulging. It is recommended to replace old equipment preventively.
- Use CCW software to verify temperature sensor data and troubleshoot driver board and main control board circuit faults.
- Check the thermal grease/gasket between the heat sink and the power module, and reapply it after aging.
2.25B-D6P0N104 has a built-in IGBT braking unit. Does it require an external braking resistor? If necessary, what is the suitable resistor value and power range?
- No external connection is required for light load/gentle deceleration conditions; external connection is required for rapid shutdown, large inertia or frequent start and stop conditions (to prevent bus overvoltage).
- Adapting resistor: minimum resistance value ≥50Ω, power selection is 5–10kW; high-frequency braking requires a 1.5–2.0 times factor to select the upper limit power.
