• Power generation state: When the motor decelerates/brakes, the rotor kinetic energy is inverted into the DC bus high voltage (higher than the grid rectified voltage) through the servo/spindle amplifier.
• Feedback rectification: The PWM rectifier bridge inside the CV‑300 works in reverse, inverting the regenerated power from the DC bus into three-phase alternating current and sending it back to the grid.
• Energy recovery: replaces traditional energy-consuming resistors, recovers electrical energy, reduces temperature rise, and saves energy.
• Redundant protection: When the feedback power exceeds the limit, the external braking resistor (RB terminal) is automatically enabled to consume excess energy.
