Overview
GT2310-VTBA is an industrial-grade human-machine interface (HMI) under the GOT2000 series. It is equipped with a 10.4-inch VGA specification TFT color LCD display with a resolution of 640×480 pixels and can display 65536 colors. It supports 16 levels of brightness adjustment and the LED backlight has a service life of about 50,000 hours. It adopts an analog resistive film touch screen and a single-click operation design. The minimum button size can be up to 2×2 point, the touch operation life span exceeds 1 million times, and the storage is equipped with 9MB of storage ROM and action RAM each, with a writing life of 100,000 times; the interface covers Ethernet, RS-232, RS-422/485 and USB host and device interfaces, and also supports SDHC memory card expansion (up to 32GB).
FAQ:
1. What are the third-party device communication protocols supported by GT2310-VTBA (such as Modbus, Profinet, etc.)?
Third-party communication protocols (core) supported by GT2310-VTBA:
- Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU (Ethernet/serial port adaptation)
- Profibus (requires expansion module to connect to distributed control equipment)
- CC-Link (high-speed bus, adapted for multi-device collaboration)
- EtherCAT (high real-time performance, suitable for precision control scenarios)
2.Does the brightness adjustment of GT2310-VTBA support automatic sensing? Is there a backup prompt mechanism in case of backlight failure?
- Brightness adjustment does not support automatic sensing: it only supports manual setting of 16 levels of brightness adjustment, and there is no automatic sensing brightness adjustment function. Although there are models in the Mitsubishi GOT2000 series equipped with human body sensors to assist brightness adjustment to achieve energy saving, this function is limited to the 12-type devices in the series, and the 10.4-inch GT2310-VTBA is not among them.
- There is a clear backup prompt mechanism for backlight failure: when the backlight of GT2310-VTBA fails, the device’s POWER LED will flash orange and green continuously, and the display will darken significantly, and the touch switch input will become invalid. These features can visually remind the operator that there is a backlight failure, so that troubleshooting can be carried out in a timely manner, such as checking whether the backlight tube is aging and whether the backlight driver board is providing normal power supply, etc.
3.Can multiple GT2310-VTBA achieve data interoperability through Ethernet?
Multiple GT2310-VTBAs can realize data intercommunication through Ethernet. It is equipped with an Ethernet interface and supports adaptive networking protocols:
- Transfer via PLC shared storage area (same network segment IP+GT Works3 configuration)
- Modbus TCP/IP direct connection (master-slave setting, no additional controller)
