Before upgrading, please note that firmware versions 3.011 and above need to turn off the device protection mode, and passwords, ports and other settings will be reset to default after the upgrade:
1. ControlFLASH software upgrade
Install CCW software (including ControlFLASH) on the computer, connect the HMI and computer via Ethernet, and download the target firmware;
Open the tool → scan the device → select the firmware → confirm the upgrade, keep the power supply/network stable and wait for the restart.2. microSD card/USB flash drive upgrade
Format the storage device (≤32GB) and copy the RFU format firmware to the root directory;
Power off and plug in the storage device → power on, the device will automatically detect and upgrade, and restart and unplug the device after completion.
Note: Version 3.011+ needs to turn off the protected mode, and the settings will be reset to default after the upgrade.
