150 – F361NBD is an intelligent motor soft starter of the SMC Flex series. It is mainly used for smooth starting, stopping and safe control of motors, and is suitable for a variety of industrial high-power motor scenarios.

Core electrical parameters

1. The rated current reaches 361A. Under 460V AC voltage, the rated power is 300 horsepower in star connection and up to 500 horsepower in delta connection. It is suitable for three-phase power supply of 200-480V AC, the operating frequency is 50/60Hz, and the control voltage range is 100-240V AC.
2. It has 1 auxiliary contact, which can be programmed to be normally open or normally closed. It also supports four tripping levels: 10, 15, 20, and 30. The tripping current rating is 117% of the rated current of the motor, which can adapt to the motor protection needs of different loads.

Installation method

150-F361NBD adopts vertical panel installation. The core points are briefly described:

1. It needs to be fixed on the control cabinet installation panel through matching bolts, and relies on the vertical layout to ensure heat dissipation.
2. Open casing (IP00) must be installed in a special protective box, with space reserved around it for heat dissipation.
3. The wiring needs to correspond to the three-phase power supply, motor load and control circuit. It is recommended to connect an external bypass device and ensure that the wiring is firm.
